Lift up the Shofar and loud let it ring, YAHUSHA is coming again!
Lift up the Shofar and loud let it ring, YAHUSHA is coming again!
Keeping Torah is a loving and faithful response to salvation and not the means of salvation. Yahusha taught in John 14:15 “if you love me, keep my commandments.”
John 14:21 “He that hath my commandments and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me.”
John 14:23 “If a man love me, he will keep my words.” John 14:24 “He that loveth me not keepeth not my sayings.”
Keeping Torah is the right response to the deliverance, redemption, salvation and sustenance that the Holy One has extended to us.
I am reminding you here of Yahusha healing the 10 lepers in Luke 17:17-19. Ten men suffering from the divine affliction of leprosy come to Yahusha for healing. Yahusha heals all 10 of them freely and unconditionally. He tells them to keep the Torah and show themselves to the priests and they all do so. And only one of them comes back to give thanks. Luke 17:17-18 “And Yahusha said, were there not ten cleansed? But where are the nine? There are not found that returned to give glory to Elohim, save this stranger.”
There are so many today that claim to have been set free from bondage and affliction, but how few submit themselves lovingly, freely and willingly to the yoke of Torah in gratitude for all that the Holy One has done for them. Instead, they ignore the invitation to take the yoke of Messiah and enter the covenant and instead seek their freedom from the word, an image of YAHUAH. We should take note that only to the one that return and give thanks to Elohim that Yahusha declare in Luke 17:19 “Arise, go thy way: thy faith hath made thee whole.”
In the Greek it says: “Your faith has saved thee!” The one who returned and demonstrated his submission by falling at the feet of Messiah was deemed to have saving faith. The call of the gospel is the invitation to enter the kingdom of Heaven. To accept the gospel invitation by definition means that you are willing to submit to the reign of the king. There is no way of living in the kingdom and not submitting to the reign of the king. The Torah is the constitution of the kingdom of heaven. The Torah is the expressed will of the creator and king of the universe. The Torah is the very image of the king of heaven and earth. Torah is the very hope of the messianic reign. It is very strange that the Christian reject the Torah, the very constitution of the kingdom of Messiah and yet claim to be joyously waiting for the Messiah to return. He will come to establish his kingdom based on the Torah. Romans 8:23; 1. Chronicles 6:16; Ps 96:12-13; John 17:17; Ps 98:8-9; Messiah will come to restore all things to their proper order. He comes to judge, we must ask on what basis will he judge. Clearly, he will judge on his holy law. Clearly Torah will be the basis for his judgment. Clearly Torah will be the basis for his restoration. Clearly Torah will be the laws we live by under his reign. Keeping Torah has always been demon-strating our love and gratitude to our creator, our deliverer, Savior, sustainer and king. It is the only proper response to a loving God. Ps 19:7-8; Ps 119:142:Ps 119:105; Prov 6:23; Romans 7:12; Romans 7:14; 1. Timothy 1:8; 1. John 5:3;
Wherever a believer submits to the reign of heaven, there the kingdom of heaven exists, there the king of heaven is revealed. The Torah has never been about earning one’s own salvation, but about loving YAHUAH and building the kingdom of heaven on earth. Keeping Torah is about serving YAHUAH in love, keeping Torah is about making potential reality, keeping Torah is about the word becoming flesh, keeping the Torah has always been about the image of YAHUAH Elohim in the world, it is about making the invisible visible and the potential reality. The Torah is about the proclamation or word of YAHUAH becoming reality in our midst. It is all about visible Torah.
The Messiah's fulfilled the Spring Feasts in 70 weeks from His baptism in water until He baptized with the Holy Spirit. The gospel records plainly teach that the Messiah "went up to Jerusalem" to each of the required Feasts during His ministry. When we examine these things from a Hebraic and chronological perspective, it is proved that Messiah (Yahusha) completed his first earthly ministry, culminating in the fulfillment of the Spring Feasts of the LORD, in exactly 70 weeks -- not 3 ½ years as is commonly taught -- from his baptism in water until he baptized with the Holy Sprit. By clearly demonstrating how the Gospel records are structured around Messiah "going up" to each one of the required Biblical Feasts, the New Testament and, therefore, Y'shua himself are finally placed back in their proper Hebrew Roots context. Understanding that Y'shua's ministry 2000 years ago was timed specifically around the Feasts schedule of his 30th year on Earth, reveals the prophetic beauty of the Gospels like never before!
Remember Hosea 4:6 "My people are destroyed for lack of knowleddge."
