Lift up the Shofar and loud let it ring, YAHUSHA is coming again!
Lift up the Shofar and loud let it ring, YAHUSHA is coming again!
The purpose of all of my presentations and this website is to turn people from the commandments and doctrines of man to the written Torah (instructions) of Moses that were dictated to Him by the Elohim of Abraham, Isaac and Israel and to the living Torah, called Yahusha Ha Mashiach. The teachings and practices of today’s Christianity that are divided into more than 41,000 churches, denominations and sects have in reality very little in common with the God of Abraham and Israel.
It is was my desire to examine their teachings, which have crept into the Christian Church and found that most of them are basically nothing but sun-worship. Many pagan practices, rooted in sun-worship that have absolutely no scriptural basis, have been accepted by Christianity. This falling away started already in the first Century.
Our Savior, the Hebrew Messiah, Yahusha did not start Christianity as we know it today, because He was a Torah observant Jew, who kept all the commandments of His Father and walked in Torah to the letter and encouraged the people of His time to do the same, meaning to forsake the doctrines and teachings of the Scribes and Pharisees who were not following Torah as they should have been.
Yahusha came as an example of Torah living, not for our excuse for lawlessness!
Far from trying to establish a new religion, the focus of Yahusha has been upon freeing man from man-made religion, their dogmas, teachings and the commandments of man and returning them to His Father and His instructions.
Christianity is a copycat religion and is mostly created by Emperor Constantine for political purposes. He was a sun-worshipper until he died.
What does Yahusha say about man-made, controlled religion? Here are his words to the leaders of His day, which applies the same to today’s clergy:
Mark 12:38-40 (The Scriptures) “Beware of the scribes, who like to walk around in long robes, and like greetings in the market-places, 39 and the best seats in the congregations, and the best places at feasts, 40 who are devouring widows’ houses, and for a show make long prayers. These shall receive greater judgment.”
Then we have His words about religion in Matthew 15:3-9 (The Scriptures):
“But He answering, said to them, “Why do you also transgress the command of Elohim1 because of your tradition? ……. 7 “Hypocrites! Yeshayahu (Isaiah) rightly prophesied about you, saying, 8 ‘This people draw near to Me with their mouth, and respect Me with their lips, but their heart is far from Me. 9 ‘But in vain do they worship Me, teaching as teachings the commands of men.’”
And Mark 7:8-9 (The Scriptures} “Forsaking the command of Elohim, you hold fast the tradition of men.” 9 And He said to them, “Well do you set aside the command of Elohim, in order to guard your tradition.”
Here in Mark 7 the Pharisees tried to please Elohim by washing their hands. That was a tradition received from their fathers. We may think today that is silly, but where does the Bible tell you to baptize Babies? Where does the Bible tell you to confess your sins to a priest? Where does the Bible say to be confirmed? Where does the Bible say to rehearse catechisms?
Where does the Bible say to Worship the God of Abraham, Isaac and Israel on Sunday, the first day of the week and to keep Christmas and Easter? You will search in vain, because those things aren't there. These are traditions received from your fathers. As long as anyone holds to such unbiblical traditions, he or she rejects Yahuah's Word and makes it of none effect.
Things that were unacceptable and even an abomination in the past are still unacceptable and an abomination to Him today, because He never changes according to Malachi 3:6.
My presentations are not intended to entertain anyone, but to encourage people to take personal responsibility to study these things for themselves, because we are dealing here with eternal consequences.
In John 8:32 (The Scriptures) Yahusha gives us good news, when He said "And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free." The people at that time responded in verse 59 by trying to stone Him. We sometimes sense a similar response, when we show people that their "hand-me-down" traditions have no biblical basis and that they are worshipping in vain when keeping them.
All Scriptures are from the King James Version unless noted otherwise.
Some people call the Torah the Tree of Life! Why?
When we go back to the time of Moses, Yahuah Himself states that His Torah is the way of "life.“ As all men physically die, the context is one of the Torah being "the words of eternal life”: It states in Leviticus 18:4-5 (KJV): - ”Ye shall do my judgments, and keep mine ordinances, to walk therein: I am YHVH, your Elohim. Ye shall therefore keep my statutes, and my judgments: which if a man do, he shall live in them: I am YHVH.’”
The third chapter of the book of Proverbs (3:13-19), speaks of the Torah in terms of "Wisdom and Understanding", calling it a "Tree of Life." The Torah is this "Tree of Life" that founded the earth and established the heavens:
Proverbs 3:13-19 (KJV) “Happy is the man that findeth wisdom, and the man that getteth understanding.
14. For the merchandise of it is better than the merchandise of silver, and the gain thereof than fine gold.
15. She is more precious than rubies: and all the things thou canst desire are not to be compared unto her.
16. Length of days is in her right hand; and in her left hand riches and honor.
17. Her ways are ways of pleasantness, and all her paths are peace.
18. She is a tree of life to them that lay hold upon her: and happy is every one that retaineth her.
19. YHVH by wisdom hath founded the earth; by understanding hath he established the heavens.
